What types of files can I upload?

Please note that we only accept certain file types for upload:

•  PDF              - Adobe Portable Document Format
•  docx             - Microsoft Word Open XML Document
•  txt                - Plain Text file
•  jpg/jpeg       - Joint Photographic Experts Group
•  tif/tiff           - Tagged Image File Format
•  png              - Portable Network Graphic
•  bmp             - Bitmap image
•  heic              - Apple High Efficiency Image Format
•  odt               - Apache OpenOffice Text Document

* We do not allow for the uploading of an entire folder.  You must upload individual files only.

How do I ensure I can receive emails from TQS?

You will need to receive emails from the following addresses during the process.
Please ensure that they are not treated as Junk or Spam messages. Instructions for Gmail are available here.

How long do I have access to my TQS application folder?

 Your application folder will be deleted 90 days after your TQS application has been closed.  Please ensure that you download any documents from that folder that you require for your personal records within the 90 day period.
